Absolutely disgusting service boiler has broken 11 times in 8 weeks and still not bothered to find the problem it cause. It has broken yet again and now on 3rd day with no heating or hot water, this is a shocking service and company even some of the engineers that have come out have even said the same thing about there own company... I have a little 3 year old boy who has little to no immune system and is classed as an emergency when it comes to heating it's just disgusting absolutely disgraceful if I could give 0 stars I would

After 3 days trying to rearrange time of appointment on January 22nd, due to work commitments and being on hold for over 15 min each day I finally in despair messaged Liverpool who rearranged the time for AFTER 11.30. On the 22nd I had a missed call at 8.45 to say we called and you weren't in. NOT GOOD. Rearranged for last day of my holiday Feb BUT time quoted as all day. Now have a rather miserable, abrupt engineer here. Will recommend my landlord gets rid of Liberty as soon as possible as this isn't the 1st time I've had problems with them. I dread the annual service from this company.

In my 70s reported a faulty central heating and hot water boiler to them a week ago. Still not fixed and have waited twice all day for an engineer to arrive. Sub zero temperatures at times. Have to chase for information. Managed to get an electric radiator for them after a few days. The boiler was supposed to have been checked by them a couple of months ago. Was told by one of their operatives, "they just go through the motions and that it is a waste of time". Very reassuring.!!!!.

Absolute joke of a place. Gas pipe needs repairing. I have took 2 days off of work to get this sorted as each day they say someone is coming out. My mrs is heavily pregnant we have had no heating and washing our hands in freezing cold water. When calling they keep saying they will be out soon. Disgusting behaviour and one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. How they even get a contract is beyond my understanding absolutely disgraceful. To say I am angry would be a massive understatement.

Edit: engineering turned up just as I posted this review it was the monitor that caused the boiler to shut down it had blown mechanically so because he turned up and fixed it I will give one or two more stars however that fact it’s took you 7hours to fix this is beyond a joke. I will be passing on this to the local council regarding this. Emergency job logged for our boiler.. 7 hours ago still no sign of the engineer, I’ve got a 73 year old with heart conditions and my 9 yr old with severe ADHD and Autism my child is struggling to cope with the cold and my mother is freezing and because she’s Is on certain medication she feels the cold quicker I rang liberty 3 hours ago to ask where is the engineer to get oh I don’t know you just have to wait… never felt so annoyed in my life

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
