Michael Clarke Ltd

Thanks to Dan, Michael and team for their excellent work over the last 5 weeks. It was a huge project installing central heating in a period property with old style rads and some under floor heating, new boiler and cylinder and multiple zoning. They managed to hide EVERY pipe as requested and had some very clever techniques like hiding them under skirting and channeling down walls. They've preserved all the original period features and miraculously didn't even need to change wall paper! They made good to an exceptional standard where we only need to paint one wall where it's been channeled out. Can't thank them enough. We had high expectations and they met them completely. They are a very busy company and team so communication was patchy at times but this would be the only thing I could think of to improve if being picky. Highly recommend!!! Best wishes Damon and Rick

Excellent service from the Michael Clarke fitter yesterday. A same day response to a our faulty boiler, fitted a new pump straight away and completed a service at the same time. He also identified a small gas leak coming from the meter and called the emergency gas service on our behalf. Excellent duty of care. Highly recommended company, I have used them for a number of years and they have never let me down.

Michael Clarke Ltd have installed solar panels, a new hot water tank and a new central heating boiler for us during 2023. Service and response are both excellent and all the new systems are really good. They see a job through to the end and make sure that everything works properly. Highly recommended.

Excellent service yet again from the Michael Clarke Team. Phoned with a central heating issue, they immediately phoned back, diagnosed the problem, got hold of the part and fitted it that evening. Polite, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Sadly we have found that Michael Clarke Ltd, when you query a bill and request clarification of charges become aggressive and intimidating, and you have to fight to get a breakdown of your invoice whilst they threaten will legal demands for payment and refuse to supply the information you request. Nothing wrong with their work, but their rude 'customer service' leaves you shocked and stunned.
