We applied to Local Engery Scotland (CARES) for a grant to upgrade our heating system and Clancool Refrigeration Ltd kindly provided us with a quotation for this application. Following a successful outcome Clancool have fitted an air source heat pump to our community hall in Mosstodloch. From the first visit by the director Davie to Natalie in the office and Chris & Klaidas on site I have found the company to be attentive, skilled and competent in what they do. I would not hesitate in recommending Clancool Refrigeration to anyone who is considering them for a project.

Really loved working with David, Natalie and the team. From the start of our journey David was on hand to support us in our understanding of the installation process, working with contractors to complete the joinery/electrical sections and throughout the completion of required paperwork to satisfy funders. We had a deadline to complete and from the moment they turned up with everything they needed, the got their heads down, worked diligently, efficiently and left the place tidy. No question was too much and the team were exceptionally helpful and got us involved in the journey. Really enjoyed the transition from old in-efficient heating to what we have now. Clancool Refrigeration - receives top marks from me! As a retired mechanical engineer I have experienced several years of faithful service from Clancool Refrigeration. Natalie and David are quick to respond whenever we have a problem. I appreciate their prompt response. David has serviced our air source heat pump (Daikin) and our Boiler - which has a complicated but effective set of electronics & control panel. When there is a problem, David approaches things in a thorough and logical manner. That is much appreciated - and he sometimes spots things - that I have missed. very professional team for the entire process from receiving the quotation to installation. I ordered an air conditioning with 2 indoor units and one outdoor unit for our house. I received the quote, after the initial agreement, David came to visit our house to discuss the options and confirm the scope of work. He explained everything and we agreed on the unit locations. Once the equipment arrived, I was given a date for the installation. The installation team arrived on time and they have done the work in a very professional manner. They complete the work with the timeframe I had been told. Everything was tidied up, no mess left in the house. I am very satisfied with their service and highly recommend ClanCool.
