I've no complaints at all. Great service throughout the entire planning and installation process. I'd recommend NRG without hesitation
Rob, Craig and all of the team did a great job installing my panels, battery etc. It wasn't a straightforward job due to the slate roof (which needed some repairs) and other complexities, but they completed all the work to a very high standard and I found all of them to be very friendly and professional. I'd highly recommend NRG Solar.
Very professional! Installation was very smooth and not single bit of mess left behind. Communication from Rob and the team was excellent and a last minute request wasn't an issue for them! Would highly recommend this company and have already recommend them to my friends and family!
Had a 22 panel 6 kW inverter and 18 kWh battery install (Aiko / Sigenergy) about a month ago for a good price. All working well, team were pleasant and respectful when working. Install completed over 2 days. The follow-up service is a particular differentiator from the competition, Alan takes time to help set up your system and monitor it along with figuring out best tariffs / strategies to maximise the system output. All in all very happy. 1 star taken off because arranging scaffolding wasn't great but given our house isn't a standard set up at the back I would say this is not indicative for all jobs. Unfortunately the scaffolding manager went on holiday on the day of install so took a couple of weeks to sort out. Quick job otherwise.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really pleased we chose NRG Solar for our solar panels and battery installation. From the first enquiry through to the installation, Rob and the team were friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. There was no hard sell – just honest advice and clear explanations, which gave us confidence we were making the right decision. The installation was completed professionally, everything was left clean and tidy, and the team were happy to answer all our questions. What impressed us most was the support afterwards. Rob took the time to help us set up the app, optimise the battery settings and make sure everything was running as efficiently as possible. It’s great to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers even after the installation is complete. Excellent communication, fantastic service and a high-quality job. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NRG Solar to anyone thinking about installing solar panels or battery storage.
