What a great service. Excellent communication from start to finish. The install team put in long hours to minimise disruption. Our house is now lovely and warm and will cost less to run. Please please stay away. They fitted a heating system in my mums house 3yrs ago. Control board has failed and other faults have occurred Leaving a vulnerable pensioner with no hot water or heater for a week, boiling pans for a bath because they removed the electric shower !!Emailed a few times asking why the boiler has failed at such a young age and no response. Takes two mins to send a email to help but nothing from them. If the email was for a new quote bet they would have got back strait away but no they will just let the pensioner freeze and unable to wash. Taken to trading standards
