From the very first survey through to the completed installation, my experience with DPs Energy has been outstanding. They took the time to assess my existing system, listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve, and recommended a solution that not only met my needs and budget but significantly improved the performance of my system. Rather than simply trying to sell me new equipment, they upgraded and optimised what I already had, which I really appreciated. A special mention has to go to Alex Kyriacou, who has been exceptional throughout the entire process. Nothing has ever been too much trouble. He always made himself available to answer my questions, provided honest advice, and genuinely cared about finding the best solution for me. Even after the work was completed, Alex has continued to offer support and respond promptly whenever I've needed help. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. The installation team were equally impressive. They arrived on time, were professional, polite and respectful of my property, and worked tirelessly through a heatwave without complaint. The quality of their workmanship and attention to detail was excellent, and everything was left clean and tidy when they finished. It's easy to see why DPs Energy has such a great reputation. I've already recommended them to family members and friends, and I'll continue to do so with complete confidence. If you're looking for a company that genuinely puts its customers first and delivers exceptional service from start to finish, I honestly can't recommend DPs Energy highly enough.

Had loft insulation alomg with other things such as loft hatch made bigger and new extractor fans fitted everything apart from joiners work on loft hatch was fine but loft hatch is no dangerously unstable was told joiner will come to rectify and was a no show ino work was carried out with a grant but that is still you being paid work needs to be repaired

What a great service. Excellent communication from start to finish. The install team put in long hours to minimise disruption. Our house is now lovely and warm and will cost less to run. A big thank you to all involved it’s been great from start to finish.I would definitely recommend DPS Energy & Heating and would gladly have them work at my property again.

We had an air source heat pump installed along with new radiators, solar panels, insulation and air vents. We received excellent service from the start of all the paperwork to the finished installation. We are well satisfied and would recommend the firm, with a special mention to Mark, the fitter. He did an excellent job and looked after us throughout and made sure we understood the system.
