Excellent customer service . Adam and Joe are amazing. The quality of their work is exceptional, very professional and incredibly neat and tidy. Really lovely guys too. It’s very rare to find such a talented team of people, highly recommended. They go above and beyond and charge you fairly for the excellent work.

This firm attended in a timely manner both times, quote was explained and reasonable, Joe was professional and courteous during installation, really happy with outcome and I would recommend them to all.

I used plum-it services to change my stopcock and washing machine valves at home in Devizes. Professional from the first point of contact to the plumber coming out to complete the work, did an amazing job and will be using them again whenever needed. 100% reccomend to anyone. Thank you Plum-it 😃

My outside oil-fired boiler finally gave up the ghost. Plum-IT were the only local engineers who seemed interested and in fact capable of undertaking the work to replace it. They sent out an engineer to assess the work and provided a detailed, itemised quote the same day. All work was carried out in consultation with me to show me what was going on, what progress had been made etc. Old boiler was taken away and the site was left cleared. All issues were resolved on the spot either by the engineer or Alex and I was kept informed of when an engineer would be coming back to site. All staff were polite and pleasant to deal with. I can't recommend Plum-IT highly enough. If only all trades companies provided even 10% of their service. Thank you to everyone who worked on replacing my boiler, great work.
