This firm attended in a timely manner both times, quote was explained and reasonable, Joe was professional and courteous during installation, really happy with outcome and I would recommend them to all.
Excellent customer service . Adam and Joe are amazing. The quality of their work is exceptional, very professional and incredibly neat and tidy. Really lovely guys too. It’s very rare to find such a talented team of people, highly recommended. They go above and beyond and charge you fairly for the excellent work.
Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Adam and all . Highly recommend Plum-It and had a 5 Star service. Long story but Adam and Joe fixed our heating and hot water that had been going on for months, not only a great job but lovely blokes and can’t thank you enough. 🙏🏻
If there are no other plumbing services available, then keep a log of the times they are ‘on site’ – and get a witness to verify it.
Moved into our house with a broken boiler, they came out as soon as they could, installed a new oil boiler and took the time to explain how it works - really happy with the service provided!
