I have a Grant filter which is slightly leaking. Plumber wanted to charge me £340 to supply and fit the filter. I contacted Grant and they sent me a 'service kit' with spare washers and fittings.....all Free of charge. Great service and saved me a shed load of Dosh!! Thank you Grant UK.

As an Oftec registered engineer I always specify Grant oil boilers and have done so for many years, I even installed one in my own home. All in all they are a great company with great products. Highly reccomended.

I have been fitting Grant products for a number of years and have always found them to be really helpful - in paticular John Morris & Rob Dyer are always at hand whenever needed to help with any issues, they always listen to the installer and are willing to adapt new products to help make installation & design easier for installers. A breath of fresh air in an industry where installers aren't being listened to.

Absolutely terrible product and company. We had a Grant VortexBlue internal condensing oil burner with a Riello burner box fitted a year and a half ago. It failed in October last year. After countless phone calls to the service desk and five engineer visits, Grant finally changed the burner box. Prior to this they had changed most of the rest of the parts in the boiler, some of which were defective. Now in February 2023, the boiler has failed again and we are back where we were last October and I really can’t face the thought of going through that same process to ‘fix’ the fault again. We’ll probably just go for a replacement boiler, but I don’t expect Grant to refund the one we have (I’ll update if they do). I’m taking the time to write this so others can avoid the frustration we have experienced with Grant. They may once have had solid and reliable products but not the case with what we bought. Even our installers who are Grant accredited have acknowledged serious issues with this boiler. I recommend you look elsewhere.

We had a grant pellet boiler installed and it has performed terribly. We have spent a lot on maintenance over the last 7 years. We had a 2 year warranty and it was fine for that time. This year, for example, we had a full service in May and then it broke down in October and still isn't fixed now, so we had a whole winter with heating that we had to manually top up every day. I keep asking for a discount on our latest bill but just keep getting told that I am out of warranty so therefore just have to pay the bills. I suspect we will have to remove the boiler and install a new one. Boilers should last more than 5 years!!

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
