I called the technical support for some help to identify a fault with my 2 1/2 year old Grant oil boiler. After a sarcastic put down for daring to wrongly identify my boiler type, I was given limited help as my fully registered and serviced boiler was no longer under the woefully short 2 year warranty period. To the charmless person on their help desk - if you don’t like your job, you really shouldn’t be in customer services. I won’t bother calling again, sorry for wasting yours and my time. Luckily a local plumber sorted the fault which was a failed integral pump, again not great for a relatively new boiler.
A heating trade outlet and training school.
I have a Grant filter which is slightly leaking. Plumber wanted to charge me £340 to supply and fit the filter. I contacted Grant and they sent me a 'service kit' with spare washers and fittings.....all Free of charge. Great service and saved me a shed load of Dosh!! Thank you Grant UK.
Fantastic training center!
