After a year of enormous energy bills, my partner and I got in touch with Property 360 to see if there was anything they could do to help us. Despite us conserving our energy consumption as much as possible to save money, it was still costing us at least £10 per day to have the heating on for 1hr 45mins and the water on for only 45 mins in total. We searched on the approved MCS installer website and found Property360. We were quickly contacted by Amir and Luke who came to our house as soon as they could to assess our situation. They were thorough with their inspection and used their expertise to determine that our current heating system was not fit for purpose, despite the property being relatively new. They took the time to demonstrate and explain how our system was inefficient and not powerful enough using an electric boiler. Luke was to carry out the installation and it was nice to speak with an experienced plumbing engineer rather than a salesman. Initially my partner and I were daunted by the entire situation, as first time home owners we really didn’t know much about heating systems and how it all works, however, they took the time to explain their thought process and everything was explained clearly and in a professional manner, they were also incredibly patient and understanding with any questions we had. After our first meeting with the Property 360 representatives, we were 100% sure that they had our best interests at heart. It was determined that our home would benefit enormously from an air source heat pump and took the time to apply to the government grant scheme on our behalf. The team took care of everything. Property 360 explained the process to us from start to finish so we knew what to expect. They also arranged for our property to be tested so we could receive an EPC (energy performance certificate). They were very efficient and this was completed within a week. The system was designed and a heat loss calculation completed to ensure the house would reach the right temperatures. It didn’t take long for the grant to be accepted and an installation date was quickly arranged. Luke and his team came to install the heat source pump and make some other minor changes to our heating system, including the upgrading of some existing radiators and the installation of an additional radiator, which made heating our home easier and more efficient. The team arrived promptly every single day, were always polite and respectful and they were happy to answer any questions we had. They explained everything clearly so we were never left in the dark. They were also very tidy whilst working in our home and never left without cleaning up after themselves. Overall the installation only took a few days. Our current heating system is performing perfectly and our energy bills have now been reduced by approximately 60%!!!. We are able to heat our house all day long and we don’t have to worry about having cold showers now. I honestly couldn’t recommend Property 360 highly enough. From start to finish they have been so professional and polite. They are a credit to themselves and I’m so thankful that we found them when we needed them most. Property 360 have looked after our properties for years now. They did a fantastic job fitting a easy access bathroom for my grandmother with little interference whilst she still lived at home. They also made a great job of sorting our porch by blocking out a window and fitting a new double glazed window, all for a very reasonable price.
