Honestly wasn't sure about this company but they were the only ones to come out and check my cavity walls for insulation. The checks were free and showed I had insulation and so do not need any work done. The other companies have just sent me quotes for works for £2000+ which would have made my property have damp issues. Highly recommend TLC Home group for the honest feedback despite losing out on the work. Thank you again. (Also the technician you sent out was really insightful and helpful).
TLC recently transformed my bathroom into a wet room and did a fantastic job am so greatful and so happy with the work a special thank you to kamil and Ben worked quickly and efficiently and also left no mess definitely will recommend in the future thanks again P.S THANKS so much TLC AND KAMILL for helping with a small issue on my end they were more than happy to help and was here within an hour much appreciated
Fantastic five star service for air source heat pump installation. Highly competitive quotes and excellent communication throughout the process. Can say with confidence they are the best air source heat pump installers in Essex!
TLC - recently insulated our wall cavities, very professional company all staff we dealt with were exceptionally well trained. The team that did the work on the day led by Lee did an excellent job, not only in doing the work, but making sure we where happy and understood the process and that we where happy with it. Left the house clean & tidy. Well Done
TLC Home Group handled everything from start to finish, designing and installing air source heat pump for our property using the BUS grant. The process was seamless, and their expertise and professionalism made it stress free. Highly recommended
