Cannot praise Ben and Mark Binding enough! They done the most exceptional job with our new Bi-fold doors. From start to finish they were professional, tidy, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I was prepared for lots of mess but it was minimal, they put a makeshift wall up to keep our house secure, protected and tidy whilst all the work was going on. The job was seamless, from knocking down the existing wall and installing a large steel, to perfectly maintaining the bricks taken down so that they could then be used to replace the gap above the new doors. The finished brickwork is flawless, matching perfectly to our existing wall. The doors themselves were fitted to such a high standard they look as though they were always supposed to be there! We honestly couldn’t be happier, would highly recommend Ben and Mark Binding to anyone! We would most definitely used Crystal Windows again. Thank you so much! Carly & Gregg.

Fantastic service from Crystal Windows once again! I’ve used them multiple times and they always do a brilliant job. First-class service from start to finish, top-quality work, and very fair prices. Highly recommended!

a) Roofline Fitters who are non-qualified roofers ( as confirmed by Crystal ), inability / or not bothered to ``cut off square`` rectangular rainwater pipe joints. b) We also await answer as to why Crystal salesman (Steve) told us that both our front door and French doors, cost £4000.00p each when he was ``knocking down the total cost to us``. c) We also await answer as to why Crystal salesman (Steve) told us, ``our roofers (since then Crystal have confirmed that they were NON-QUALIFIED ROOFERS) will remove the first row of your roof tiles, then tuck under the new fabric membrane, then replace the first row of roof tiles which they removed. d) We also await answer as to why Crystal salesman (Steve) told us, ``our roofers (since then Crystal have confirmed that they were NON-QUALIFIED ROOFERS), would replace/splice in any rotten / damaged roof trusses up to 1.0m in length. e) We also await answer as to why Crystal salesman (Steve) told us, ``we are not like other companies as we fully remove all wooden facias boards etc before fitting your new roofline products``. We have a lot of wooden facia boards which you have just covered over with the new roofline products. So why did Crystal salesman (Steve) tell us that? Even on the Crystal Website they state ``they do not overclad existing timber``. f) Crystal salesman (Steve) told us that the installation would take 3 Days. HOWEVER, Crystal NON-QUALIFIED ROOFERS informed us on the 3rd day (Friday) that they would be coming back on Monday for the 4th Day, as they had not finished yet. Do Crystal always only give such minimal notice to their customers, for them to arrange additional time off work? g) One of the reasons came back for a 4th Day, IS THE FACT THAT EACH DAY Crystal workmen packed up and were gone from our house by 12.30 So, when Crystal salesman (Steve) told us that it would take 3 days, what in fact he meant was 3 HALF DAYS? h) Internal trim strips around all windows are coming unstuck. These trim strips were applied with a spray adhesive on a ``hit or miss basis``, so obviously the spray did not cover fully / properly. So more of a ``miss than hit`` application of a spray adhesive on these trim strips. i) Front Roof (SNAG REPAIR ) work done by Dean, caused more damage i.e.: Broken Concrete under roof tiles and dislodged roof tiles etc. See attached photographs j) Hinges on French Doors are bent and twisted. See attached photographs k) Exceptionally poor quality application (not smooth) of Mastic around all windows and roofline products. Stevie Wonder ( god bless him ) could of done a better job !!!! See attached photographs. l) 1) The Crystal Windows and Doors ``Surveyor``!!!, ONLY measured the height (of every window in our house) IN JUST ONE POSITION. 2) The Crystal Windows and Doors ``Surveyor``!!!, ONLY measured the width (of every window in our house) IN JUST ONE POSITION. 3) The Crystal Windows and Doors ``Surveyor``!!!, ONLY measured the height of our Front Door IN JUST ONE POSITION. 4) The Crystal Windows and Doors ``Surveyor``!!!, ONLY measured the width of our Front Door IN JUST ONE POSITION. 5) The Crystal Windows and Doors ``Surveyor``!!!, ONLY measured the height of our French Doors IN JUST ONE POSITION. 6) The Crystal Windows and Doors ``Surveyor``!!!, ONLY measured the width of our French Doors IN JUST ONE POSITION. 7) The Crystal Windows and Doors ``Surveyor``!!!, DID NOT take any diagonal measurements of any window in our house, to check for ``squareness of the opening(s). 8) The Crystal Windows and Doors ``Surveyor``!!!, DID NOT take any diagonal measurements of our Front Door, to check for ``squareness of the opening. 9) The Crystal Windows and Doors ``Surveyor``!!!, DID NOT take any diagonal measurements of our French Doors, to check for ``squareness of the opening. m) 1) On one of Jordans (Crystal Windows and Doors many visits), he said about the Window in Bedroom 1 that ``it is a bit short``. By short he was referring to the height of the new window.
