I contacted the company to service my solar panels and heat pump. They sent me a quotation, which I accepted. I then had to prompt them twice before they answered so we could set up a date. The service itself was good but the after-sales service was terrible. Again and again, I had to ask for service reports and quotations, all of which had been promised. Emails went unanswered, phone calls weren't returned, and so on. On several occasions I was promised that this would be done or that it had been done. Apologies were muted and often had to be prompted. After a while, as the story of the boy who cried wolf goes, credibility is lost. As I say, the service itself was good but the admin is dire. I rarely write reviews on Google or elsewhere, but I feel I have to do so in this case.
