I contacted the company to service my solar panels and heat pump. They sent me a quotation, which I accepted. I then had to prompt them twice before they answered so we could set up a date. The service itself was good but the after-sales service was terrible. Again and again, I had to ask for service reports and quotations, all of which had been promised. Emails went unanswered, phone calls weren't returned, and so on. On several occasions I was promised that this would be done or that it had been done. Apologies were muted and often had to be prompted. After a while, as the story of the boy who cried wolf goes, credibility is lost. As I say, the service itself was good but the admin is dire. I rarely write reviews on Google or elsewhere, but I feel I have to do so in this case.
We have just had our solar and heat source pump system installed by Pure Climate Solutions and we are so impressed with Steve and his lovely team. They are so helpful, polite and professional, going above and beyond to get our new system installed. Not the easiest of jobs but the system is amazing! Thank you team!
We have suffered years from issues resulting from a crap heat-pump installation. Pure Climate Solutions took on our problems and went above and beyond to rectify the issues. I cant recommend them highly enough and wouldn't use anyone else! Absolute top class caring professionals
What a great team. I had solar, an Eddi and a zappi fitted and it all went very well.. Steve is great, supportive and helpful and the fitting team explained all the in's and out's really clearly. Well priced as well. Thank you to Victoria as well dealing with all my questions and emails.
