When I got caught out by a failing boiler I was referred by a friend to SDP not only for their stupendous, professional service but their quick communication. I can confidently say this was my experience with Darren who not only arrived punctually but explained in detail the issue. He suggested remedying the issue procedurally as to be mindful of costs. He also followed up with me post visit just to see how things were working - something rarely seen or heard of. Bonus: Agnes (customer service manager) is equally personable and fantastic to deal with!
I’m almost a year late leaving this review, as Darren Dobson from SDP Plumbing & Heating came to my property to service my boiler on 22 October 2025 — but I’ve remembered the experience ever since! The service was exceptional from start to finish. Darren was extremely polite, professional and tidy, and he clearly took pride in his work. He was respectful of my home, worked neatly and left everything clean and in order, which I really appreciated. I actually saved SDP Plumbing & Heating’s number after that appointment, and since then I’ve decided that rather than constantly searching for a different plumber or heating company whenever something needs doing, I’m sticking with them as my go-to company for all of my property’s boiler, heating and plumbing needs. That, for me, says everything. When you find a company you can trust, who provides excellent service and leaves you feeling confident in the work they’ve carried out, you keep their number! Thank you to Darren and SDP Plumbing & Heating for the excellent service. I’m very happy to have found my go-to plumbing and heating company, and I would definitely recommend them.
Excellent service and polite staff, highly recommend this company 🙏
I have called SDP Plumbing & Heating Ltd a few times over the years, and whoever they sent around has always been professional, competent and just a pleasure to work with. They always seem well trained and just get the job done. We need more companies like this.
