Great experience with Daniel from Guscott. Arrived on time and was very professional and friendly, and also very considerate of us working from home in terms of when he needed to do noisy parts of the job. Wouldn't hesitate to use again, thank you!
I booked an annual boiler service with Guscott Heating Services. Dan, the engineer arrived on time and completed the service quickly and efficiently. Guscott originally installed this boiler three years ago at a reasonable price. I recommend them to anyone thinking of replacing their gas boiler or just having a boiler service done.
We had a great experience with Guscott Heating Services. Josh came out to us at less than 24 hours’ notice to help us remove our old back boiler and restructure the gas pipework so we could continue with our renovation. Josh was professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He carried out the work to a very high standard, was clean and tidy throughout, and his workmanship was exceptionally neat. He also took the time to explain everything he was doing, which was really appreciated. We’d also like to thank Harland for arranging everything so quickly and making sure we could keep our project moving. Excellent customer service and fantastic workmanship from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Guscott Heating Services and will definitely use them again in the future.

5/5 Stars – Highly Recommended! We had Guscott Heating out today to service our boiler, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. They were punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout the whole job. It’s clear they really know their stuff—everything was left clean and tidy, and they took the time to explain what they were doing, giving us total peace of mind that our heating is in safe hands for the year ahead. Friendly, reliable, and excellent value for money. We will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend Guscott Heating to anyone looking for a top-quality local engineer!
