I was considering replacing our antiquated gas central heating system with heat pumps supplied by solar panels. Dax visited and explained that for our large old house it wasn't appropriate and would be far too expensive. He left us with a full understanding of the best way to modernise our gas system and charged nothing for his expertise. We are delighted and would thoroughly recommend him.
Dominic from R A Heating Services was a very efficient professional. He took time to tell us more about our heat pump when it was serviced. How the timer worked and basically explain the most efficient way to run it . He was pleasant friendly and very knowledgeable. Would defiantly recommend this company . Thank you
Excellent service and friendly technician
Alan is an excellent heating engineer. In addition, he gives really useful advice. I recommend him.
I recently accompanied a friend to a scheduled meeting with Richard Brown, owner of R A Brown Heating Service Ltd, at his Renewable Energy showroom. The goal was to explore the possibility of purchasing an Air Source Heat Pump and to determine if his home qualified for the £7,500 government heat pump grant. I want to highlight Richard’s deep expertise, backed by over 40 years in the industry. He confirmed my friend’s eligibility for the grant and provided a rough estimate of the total project cost. As an Air Source Heat Pump owner myself, I was very impressed by Richard’s professionalism and thorough knowledge. We all left the meeting with a much clearer understanding of the advantages and drawbacks involved. Overall, it was an informative and reassuring experience. I would strongly recommend Richard’s services to anyone considering purchasing a heat source pump.
