First time using RCA and super happy with the service, quick response from Ryan via WhatsApp to get us booked in, very quickly too. Chase who came out was super helpful in fixing our issues. I requested a boiler service and a problem radiator repair that hadn't been heating up for ages. Chase attended the job and was very quick in both the service and fixing the radiator, he gave good constructive advice on what the next step should be. After moving in to our recently purchased home, our boiler broke down at the most inconvenient time, when there was -6C outside. RCA plumbing has saved the day, by promptly attending , diagnosing the problem , ordering the part and replacing it - ALL IN ONE DAY. They were proffesional, timely and always kept us updated.
