I seek references and carry out a lot of research before engaging consultants and engineers especially for such important systems as those relating to heating, hot water and insulation in the home. So I am delighted to have found and engaged Xpert Energy to install an Air Source Heat Pump and integrate with existing under floor heating. Director Sarah's expertise builds deep confidence in knowing that they considered technical options in depth, and explored these options with us as customers, before recommending the best solution. I was especially impressed by the engineers who installed the new system, who stuck around and returned as necessary to iron out anything that inevitably arises as they expertly integrated the new heat pump system with existing underfloor heating system. From my initial call with Dave where we discussed the benefits of ASHP, through to the installation and commissioning, I have been very happy with the work that has been done. Very few jobs of this size go completely to plan but the sign of a good company is one that accept issues and resolve them without question. To say I was worried about having ASHP along with full underfloor heating, etc was an understatement but it does exactly what they said it would and we have a nice warm house and hot water whenever we want it.

Excellent service from beginning to end. I wanted a specialist company in to oversee the renewables side of my house rebuild as, although I am a builder, my knowledge was limited in this area. David, who oversaw my project, and the team have excellent communication and were flexible and fast acting when it came to the different phases of installation. I'm very pleased with the end result and I will undoubtedly use them again.

I had a couple of appointments to check and change the extractor fan unit and from day one, David was very helpful , knowledgeable and really an expert in his field.
