Rich and his team worked wonders on our extension which included a complete underfloor heating system, first and second fix on a kitchen/utility plus improving the current hot water/radiator system. A statement Rich made to me early on in the build saying he wouldn’t leave us in the lurch was proven true. It put my mind at rest and he supported us right through till the end. All his guys were professional and hard working. So easy for me to recommend Rich to anyone especially his range of skills on offer.

Richard and team removed our old bathroom, reconfigured and installed a new one including a toilet and associated soil pipe. From start to finish the guys were polite, efficient and worked very neatly. Richard is a calm approachable guy who has high professional standards and good communication skills and his team followed suit. The work was carried out in the time frame stated, despite a hiccup with the tiles (our fault) and Quinn & Ollie kept us informed of the progress day to day and projected progress.

Richard and his team expertly put in a new heating system and re-plumbed our entire property. They successfully overcame the many issues that our 90 year old house presented to them, with skill and creativity. Would definitely recommend them for all plumbing & heating work.
