Outstanding service If you want the best go no further. Richard and his team are very professional, turn up when they say, do an excellent job, are neat and tidy when on site, and clean up at the end of the day/job. Really please with my new boiler and Richard has been back to do other bathroom plumbing repairs for me.
Richard was a delight to have in our home. He was easy to contact throughout and always keen to do a good job. We are very pleased with his work and would welcome him back.
Richard and his team have just removed our old en-suite bathroom, and installed a completely new one with wall panelling, new walk-in glass screened shower, cupboard fitments toilet and other fittings. Always very polite, efficient and completed the project without causing any issues. We did give him some interesting problems which he always sorted out with no complaint. Richard is very professional in all he does and nothing was too much trouble. Richard and team are easy to talk to and communicated with us throughout the work, so we knew exactly what was happening. The work was carried out on time and to a high standard. We have no hesitation in recommending Richard and his team if you need any similar work carried out.

Richard and team removed our old bathroom, reconfigured and installed a new one including a toilet and associated soil pipe. From start to finish the guys were polite, efficient and worked very neatly. Richard is a calm approachable guy who has high professional standards and good communication skills and his team followed suit. The work was carried out in the time frame stated, despite a hiccup with the tiles (our fault) and Quinn & Ollie kept us informed of the progress day to day and projected progress.
