Very pleased with recent installation of large heat pump to replace ageing oil boiler and a dozen very old radiators in an old cottage with many thick walls in the way of new pipe runs. Kudos to Fred & team, especially Tom, who was consistently on the case in seeing the job to conclusion.
Just had our heat pump check up with Fred -- and we found him such a thorough, thoughtful, and knowledgeable guy! The previous owners of our home used Rickman Renewables to install the heat pump and recommended him for the maintenance. He was patient with all our questions and clearly explained not only how to keep it working well, but also the mechanics! We really value his knowledge and professionalism and would recommend him to anyone. We also REALLY love the heat pump -- especially now that Fred helped us install the app.
Awesome service
Amazing experience with Fed, Ash, Chris, Tom, Sol and Sam installing ASHP and solar on our home. They were in and out within 5 days, explained everything clearly and were so considerate working around our needs as a family with 3 kids 5 and under. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for solar and/or ASHP instillation. Hard working, personable and high-quality outfit. We're going to miss having them around the house having had them for a week! Special kudos to Ash for dealing so gracefully with changing our cable route preferences...!
