Would never use this company based on the driving of one of vans I witnesses today. Following behind the van on a single lane road with several cars in front of the van driving at speed limit 50mph. The van drove the whole 6 mile road tailgating the car in front aggressively. When they reached the duel carriageway it swerved in and out of traffic. The van then took a different turning at the roundabout thankfully but 5 minutes later it shot passed me again doing around 90mph. If you do business like you drive this would be an agressive and intimidating company who have no consideration for peoples safety. Disgusting!
What a nightmare day! Since 8am this morning this rude man who was unfortunately sent to my address from this TSG Building Services company to fit in a new boiler. Brought along his bass radio to have him singing out of key for a couple of hours until I asked him to switch it off! Acting like he is in his own home! Also, kept using my toilet like a urinal doing a number 2 and urinating and not flushing especially when he switched the water off! Left the boiler area messy and did not clean after his mess and then left discarded bits of stuff for me to bin! To add insult to injury of dealing with horrid neighbors who have made me decide to move i had to deal with this latest nightmare!😡
Ellis from the out of hours team was great. Really friendly, helpful and reassuring
An engineer came to fix a faulty radiator, ended up making matters worse, caused a week long leak which damaged curtains and carpets. Was told to submit a complaint with photos and request compensation by a subsequent engineer and their customer services team and was then completely ignored, zero responses after receiving the 'someone will get in touch' email. Avoid.
