If a Organisation use the TRUST MARK logo then I would really do your research. It appears to be just a logo that luls you into a false sense of security that you have back up if it all goes wrong. That applies to any other logo that offers some form of accreditation or guarantee. Also check the reviews these guarantors have and the service provider. Often the guarantees are worthless, industry funded etc. BUYER BE WARE

I would give 0 stars if possible. They take absolutely no action. They aren't fit for purpose. They don't take phone calls (dont get beyond reception) and then they don't reply. I have been trying to get a response since September 2024. It is now August 2025. Having the word 'trust' in their name is laughable.

A professional and reliable team. The work was done flawlessly, and standards were met.

We worked with the TrustMark team on a project for Litegreen Ltd involving retrofit assessments and on-site filming. As the UK’s trusted quality assurance organisation for home improvements, they represented their mission exceptionally well. From the first communication to on-site work, Georgina, Rhys, and the team were professional, knowledgeable, and warm. They ensured everything ran smoothly, ensured the homeowners were happy and UpToDate at all times and reflected TrustMark’s standards perfectly. Follow-up communications were the same. Highly recommended!

Don't bother using business accredited with TrustMark or Federation of Master Builders. There is no guarantee whatsoever you will be protected and will get fully vetted trader. I spent TWO YEARS going through dispute resolution process with TrustMark and eventually have been left with nothing. The trader company has been kicked out of Trustmark before honouring an award to fix issues at my place and no one could do anything about it. Trustmark is pointless in its existence and not fit for purpose.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
