Had a lucky escape from these cowboys thanks to BBC1 watchdog
Totally and utterly useless. Come out and investigated the shoddy work carried out by the cowboys under the gov scheme and then after months have told me that the company is no longer a trustmark registered.
Absolutely useless they certificate cowboys and when you get problems they pass the buck. It’s been a complete nightmare for us. They closed my complaint due to the company now not being a member. So I’m left with water ingress from a government scheme and they couldn’t care less. It’s been horrendous and actually still is.
