AND THEY PUT THEIR FOOT THROUGH MY NEIGHBOURS CEILING, BROKE THE LIGHTING THEN DENIED IT WAS THEM AND RUWANTHA SHOUTED AT HER ! ANOTHER NEIGHBOUR HAD INSULATION DONE ALL UNFINISHED, LEAKING ROOF ,LOOSE PIPES ,MESH SHOWING THROUGH, ANOTHER NEIGHBOUR DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING DONE BY RJM BUT HAS 2 HOLES IN THE FRONT OF HER HOUSE PLUS LEAKING GUTTERING 4 HOUSES ALL DAMAGED BY RJMWORKMEN!!!!. WE ARE WAITING FOR TRUSTMARK TO INSPECT THEIR BODGED WORK YET AGAIN!!! IM HOPING THEY WONT GET PAID WHEN THEY SEE THE LEVEL OF THEIR SUBSTANDARD WORK !!! THEY ARE UNTIDY AND DONT CLEAR UP AFTER THEMSELVES THEY DONT PUT ANYTHING TO PROTECT OTHER PEOPLE'S PROPERTY. TRUSTMARK & NICEIC HAVE THROWN THEM OUT FOR SHODDY WORK THE MANAGER KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT BUILDING WORK HE THOUGHT YOU COULD PAINT BLOCK PAVING THAT HIS WORKMEN RUINED HES RUDE AND INGNORANT AND BLAMES THE CUSTOMER FOR THE DAMAGE HIS WORKMEN DO !! A JOB THAT SHOULD TAKEN 2 WEEKS IS STILL NOT FINISHED 17 MONTHS LATER. THE LEVEL OF WORK THEIR WORKMEN DO IS APPALLING AND SUBSTANDARD JUST LOOK AT THE PHOTOS. THEY RUINED OUR ROOF THAT TOOK A PROFESSIONAL ROOFER 5 DAYS TO FIX, THE DRIVEWAY HAD WHITE RENDER ALL OVER IT, WE HAVE CEMENT ON OUR PATH WHICH THEY REFUSE TO CLEAN UP SO I WILL TAKE MORE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM , THEY REWIRED OUR OUTSIDE LIGHTING WRONG. SO. IT BLEW THE TRIP EVERYTIME WE TURNED THEM ON BUT AS THE WIRING IS BURIED WE HAD TO BUY NEW LIGHTS, 3 FAN'S FITTED BY THEM ALL BROKEN AND THEY REFUSE TO FIX THEM , A HOLE IN THE LOFT CEILING, WATER INGRESS AND DAMP AT THE FRONT DOOR. WE HAVE FACIA WINDOWSILLS &THE ENDS FALL OFF 1 IS LOOSE ,THEY ARE BADLY SEALED. THEY HAD WORK TO DO UNDER THE TRUSTMARK REPORT WHICH HAS BEEN BODGED WITH BLACK BITCHAMEN AND SILICONE SEALENT. OUR HOUSE IS STILL NOT WATERPROOF. IVE HAD TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST RJM AS THEY MOVED THE GAS FLUE THEN REFITTED IT ILLEGALLY & IT WAS TOO SHORT & COULD HAVE MELTED THE GUTTERING & CAUSED A FIRE BUT RUWANTHA DENIES THIS SO WE TOOK COURT ACTION ALL REPORTED TO GAS SAFETY. THEY GAVE FAKE EVIDENCE TO TRUSTMARK TO TRY TO GET THE HOUSE SIGNED OFF . THEY GOT WHITE RENDER ALL OVER OUR ROOF FOLLOWED BY BLACK BITCHAMEN. THIS COWBOY COMPANY ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO DO THE WORK &EWI PRO AGREED WITH ME!!! STAY CLEAR OTHERWISE YOUR HOUSE WILL BE RUINED LIKE OURS AND THIS COWBOY COMPANY DONT CARE AND WONT PUT THE WORK RIGHT AS THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING !! RUWANTHA HAS NEVER APOLOGISED FOR THE DAMAGE CAUSED BY HIS WORKMEN !!
Had a Heat Pump and solar panels installed. I cannot fault the service from RJM and would highly recommend them.
Poor service all around, trying to get them to fix the covered air bricks which is causing mold to spread under living room floor. Littered while working on property Rubbish in my garden and pond. Stuck live electric feed to house. Broke our sink waste pipe. Siliconed a down pipe onto the wall with no fixings or brackets. Damaged are toilet seat due to cutting with a saw atop. And I will add now they have been back to do the remedials which are not finished because drilling a hole into solid brick and putting a airbrick in there because you can't find the originals and are incompetent doesn't fix or create any air flow. you have damaged my house and not fixed what is incorrect in the first place and now have more remedial work to do.
Fantastic, friendly and professional correspondence. Work was excellent and made a real difference to the warmth of my house and therefore my comfort and wellbeing. I would thoroughly recommend RJM Insulation.
