What a great job done by robin joe dan and jay on our house , new heat pump (wish we had got it sooner ) and new bathroom , nothing was to much trouble . Deffo recommend. They are now going to my rental property .very tidy workers .

Dan, Robin and Joe did an excellent job of installing an air con unit in our loft. They were punctual, tidy, polite and nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond on a difficult and time consuming job and worked incredibly hard into the evening to get it finished for us. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Avoid like the plague! We have been let down twice by this company with zero communication. They don’t answer calls or respond to messages and have simply refunded our deposit with no explanation! I would not recommend at all!!!

This is now the second time my air-conditioning installation has been cancelled. On both occasions, I had arranged my day around the agreed appointment and taken time off work, only for the company to cancel. The biggest issue is the lack of basic communication. I have had to chase for updates rather than being kept informed, which I find extremely unprofessional and shows very little consideration for the customer’s time. To make matters worse, the company has simply refunded my deposit without any explanation or justification. What about the loss of a day’s work and the inconvenience caused by their repeated cancellations? A refund of the deposit does not compensate for the time and disruption I have already experienced. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I expected a professional service and basic communication, but sadly received neither.

I had a great service. Very quick turnaround, excellent pricing and no fuss or mess from the installation. I was recommended by a friend to use SP and I have already recommended to others.
