I wouldn’t even give this company one star, the customers service are rude and condescending. The engineers are worst, if you don’t know what your doing your unqualified which is quite frightening as checking a boiler can be dangerous. Whatever you do, do not hire this godforsaken company.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Steve and Keinan recently and they have both been exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional. After a “no show” these guys really didn’t have to work very hard to change my opinion of the company. 5 stars from me !

If anyone chooses to go with this company, please stay well away. Nothing but utter headache one whole week was left with no gas have been unable to wash or even put the heating on. was told that a representative will be out to give heaters as have a child in which haven’t received nothing as if yet each appointment that keeps on getting Book Sure, serve never turned up. This company needs to be shut down.

This company was knows as Purdy Contractors employed by Wandsworth Council no doubt because they are cheap. Recently received a letter with header of Sureserve no doubt because of the many bad reviews on Trust Pilot under Purdy. They arranged to come out to replace a tap which they had replaced already earlier both with the cheapest tap they could find which kept dripping. Their justification was they can only use what Wandsworth tell them to. I called the office mid afternoon to find out when they would arrive and was told it would not be too long. After 4pm I called again and was told I was the next person and he would be along soon. I called again and was told he would be there within minutes. I waited until nearly 6pm before calling again but couldn't get through. The workman didn't show up or call me to let me know he couldn't make it. I didn't hear from the company for weeks afterwards at which time they sent a letter from Sureserve saying they were coming on a certain date. I called them and told them they were certainly not coming and how disgusted I was with their treatment. They have no regard or respect for the residents whatsoever. Wandsworth need to get rid of these cowboys and pay some decent money to get a quality company to service the residents.
