Good awful company would love to give no stars if I could ! I have been waiting 6 weeks for a new wireless thermostat and had 3 different home visits from engineers and they still can’t get it right so I’m still waiting for the thermostat. Dreadful to communicate with as you get passed about and no one answers honestly . Was told on 1 of my booked visits the engineers van had broken down so they cancelled my call last minute then 50mins later the engineer turned up , I asked I thought your van had broken down and he said no my van is fine so I guess lying to their customers is what they do too and is all part of the service !

If hell is a real place then being on the phone to this company is it. They constantly take your postcode and then put you on hold before you can say anything else. To 'put you through to the right department' my boiler and thermostat isnt working properly hasnt been for over a year they came out once six months ago to have a look and they siad they will order the part and come back... so fast forward 5 months and they say they will come out on the 23rd of december to fix it with the part, and they said they would be here at 12. Didnt turn up. Then they said 4pm. Didnt turn up. I have now been calling again and when i finally get through to someone they say they havent ordered the part ?!?! Huh?! Worst company ever!!!!! UPDATE: They’ve booked in 6 appointments to come out and not turned up Ever!!! (An engineer called me once and said his sister had died!:/) So just been waiting in for no-one. Have logged a complaint with my HA.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been without hot water and heating throughout December and January. I have two young children under the age of six, yet my boiler still has not been repaired. Because the boiler is under warranty, the company appears to be prioritising cost savings by waiting for parts from Vaillant instead of treating this situation with the urgency it deserves and sourcing the parts themselves.

Kid you not. I had an appointment this afternoon to have our radiators repaired as we have been without heating for about 7 months . I saw the engineer park up black male in his 50 or 60s he's parked outside my house in the SureServe group car. As I came down to open the door he's gotten back into his car and drove off. This is the kind of world we live in . Lack of hard work, lack of empathy lack of care. Absolutely disgusting behaviour

I have had no boiler for over 1.5 months with no heating or hot water. My gas safety cert expired on 5th November 2025 and I have explained I have a new born in the property and cant be left in the cold but this does not seem to matter. I was provided with 2 heaters and an appointment for 23rd December another week with no boiler.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
