I couldn’t be happier with the work carried out by TF Heating and Plumbing Ltd. They installed a new Vaillant heat pump and hot water cylinder, decommissioned our old gas boiler, replaced all the pipework and fitted new radiators. Everything works exactly as it should. From the initial inspection, Pawel clearly explained what needed replacing and why. He said the old system was on its last legs, and he was absolutely right. When the ceilings came down during our house renovation, we uncovered pipework in an appalling state, with poor repairs and multiple hidden leaks above the ceilings and beneath the floors, including leaks from the bathroom and radiator pipes. Although fixing these additional leaks wasn’t part of the agreed installation, the team repaired them without charging extra. That meant so much to us, knowing we could move into our home without those hidden problems waiting for us. The whole team were polite, helpful and reliable. Communication was clear throughout, they arrived on time every day and kept every appointment. When they said they would return to commission the heat pump, they did exactly that—on time, without us having to chase them. A huge thank you to Pawel and the team for their care, honesty and hard work. I would wholeheartedly recommend TF Heating and Plumbing Ltd.

I cannot rate TF Heating highly enough, initially contacted them to come and look at my moms boiler, quickly attended site/diagnosed the issue and within a week we had a new boiler. Both fitters were extremely professional and courteous during the installation, tidying up after themselves and very patient with my elderly mom. Huge thank you.
