I contacted the company about a leaking shower, which required a valve replacement. The plumber they sent said that the valve wasn’t a standard one and he wouldn’t take on the job. He suggested replacing the entire shower unit, which would mean breaking into the wall and tiles. After a five‑minute visit from the plumber, which cost me £108, I found the model of my shower and the correct valve online myself — it took me 15 minutes. I DO NOT recommend this company.
