I finally took the plunge and had an air source heat pump installed. After searching for a local installer I settled on CTE. They have proven to be an excellent choice. Sam was extremely thorough in explaining what needed to be done and planning the installation, keeping me informed at every step. He was very keen to ensure that the system would give the best possible performance and discussed everything with me as the work progressed. No shortcuts were made and both Sam and his apprentice demonstrated excellent plumbing skills. The finished result has been very pleasing. Well done to all of the team that contributed to the work.
Rob and his team came to install our new air source heat pump. Everything from the initial survey and quote to the installation was dealt with promptly and professionally. The outcome is fantastic and the guys were so tidy when installing. Would highly recommend using them :)
I have been using Rob from CTE for several years now. In this time he has installed a complete new main bathroom as well as reconfiguring our utility room and changing all our units. Ive also had a major problem with a water softener that burst and deposited thousands of resin beads in our cold water system blocking pipes and toilets etc all cleared by Rob. This week he came and sorted out a problem with our header tank that was overflowing. Rob’s work has always been first class he is the only local company I would recommend.
I had a heat pump installed by CTE services earlier this year. They were very efficient, tidy and knowledgeable. The system has been up and running for a few months now without an issue. Robbie and Ben who completed the install where polite and friendly.
We have used CTE to install Air Source Heat Pump and underfloor heating and to complete 1st fix of plumbing on a barn conversion. Robbie, Ben and Simon have been excellent, with their work, timekeeping, efficiency. They are polite clean and professional at all times. We have been kept informed of work and progress, we fully recommend them and have no hesitation to have them back to do further plumbing work. Thank you.
