On the 03/12 2025 the 2 boiler engineers both called Chris worked flat out installing my new boiler. Well done to you both.

Chris Cosnett was the engineer who serviced our boiler on 10/2/25. He rang to let us know when he would be here. Promptly on time. Carried out the service (in the loft), no fuss . Had a word with us after completion. Very professional , polite and friendly.A credit to your firm.

Well what can I say? I wasn't looking forward to having my boiler changed as it's an old house and the electrics are shocking (pun intended!). The guys that came were smart, professional and knew their stuff. They found a gas leak that could have been very serious and has cost me a fortune over the last few years. The combi is in and working perfectly and we now have instantaneous hot water instead of waiting for a cylinder to heat up. Great customer service and all done and dusted within 2 weeks of my first phone call. Don't bother looking elsewhere - you're wasting your time!

If you decide to get a boiler from them (also trading as clever energy boilers) I strongly recommend DO NOT pay upfront. Use finance or credit card. Without writing an essay, ended up with "hardwired" boiler with heating on 24/7 for full month as they couldn't get an electrician to turn up and get his part of the installation completed. Costed me £252.28 in gas bill. Things can go wrong sometimes, I understand this, but what's appalling is complete ignorance and carelessness about customer by this people including managingdirector. No one was bothered to reply to my emails or contact me at all. At the end was offered 1 year free service for inconvenience. Only person which was taking to me was Alison, as initially she contacted me chasing up the payment and ended up dealing with this mess. Nick is one of the biggest liars in the world. Once he hook you up and the contract is signed you would not hear from him. He's so bold he even told me I'll be able to combine boiler service with aircon for my existing unit. The true is they don't service air conditioning units, never did. Only good experience was a great, skilled engineer from Hinckley plumbing & heating, the installers they use in my area.

Initially very good experience; they installed just what I wanted at a competitive price and whilst the works started a little later than planned the team seemed to do a good job. I did not take their annual insurance policy as it did not meet my needs. However 6 months after installation the problems began; - a pump was installed directly under the boiler such that a single drip from the pipework fell perfectly / directly onto the electrical connection causing the electric RCD to trip all the sockets in my house, and took several visits to find the true fault. They refused to simply move the pump to rectify the installation error. - First Boiler inspection went well. The only point was that the duct (the one that carries the exhaust gases like carbon monoxide), should be supported to fully comply with regulations - they refused to install a relevant support bracket to correct the installation error. - then the hot water expansion tank burst and sprayed water all over the place. - the hot water valve is already full of green crust (suggesting a leak onto the copper piping, but doesn't drip as it evaporates onto the hot pipe). So very dissapointed that the rectification of simple installation faults in the first year were flatly turned down and the reason that they gave was because I didn't take their expensive annual insurance policy..... PS if you speak to / deal with this company you might just recognise exactly the same names as a number of the 5 star reviewers below......
