Home Energy Innovation provided a superb service. From a comprehensive energy survey to the final installation, they were professional and efficient. With the huge number of cowboy installers on the market, its very important to contract a fully professional team. They have the knowledge and the skills to install an energy system that is needed by the customer, rather than needed by a pushy third party call centre salesforce. If you are considering a home energy system, its important you start with Home Energy Innovation. They can install, solar, battery and air source heat pumps but they can also advise if you wish another installer. This company is exactly what the market needs. I know that I now have a carefully designed, professionally installed, fully insured energy system, that will last years.
The best there is if you thinking of getting a heat pump, battery, solar or all of the above. Did an amazing job converting our 400yr old thatch cottage from an oil boiler to a heat pump with battery and solar on a summerhouse. Bills have been cheaper with the additional comfort of have consistent temperature throughout the home. Heat pump perfectly sized with plumbing upgrades done beautiful resulting in high flow rates and efficiency in excess of 500%. Also amazing after service responding quickly to questions and popping round to fix what turned out to be a non problem with a smoke alarm beeping in a bin next to the heat pump the culprit. Would v highly recommend.
