I recently moved home and didn’t want to turn the gas hot water system on till I had it serviced and explained to me and was sure it was safe. When I phoned John he explained he was busy but could fit me in in a couple of days. But when I mentioned i hadn’t had a shower and been without hot water for 3 days he juggled things around and sent someone the next day. Excellent, cheerful service and willing to go out of their way when needed. Thank you.
John & his team originally fitted our gas boiler a few years ago and they have been servicing this ever since. We always have had great customer care and support. Friendly and helpful team. Always clean and tidy when they work. Would definitely recommend. Five stars from us!
Outstanding Customer Service I contacted John after another plumber had told me that my heating system would have to be drained in order to fix a leak from one of the pipes leading to my boiler. One of John’s employees (Brandon) arrived later the same day and quickly fixed the problem without having to draining the system. I have already asked John to service my boiler in future and will definitely use Biggs Heat Technologies for all my future plumbing requirements.
Excellent service from start to finish.John and his team carried out the installation of a new heat pump and renewed the plumbing installation throughout our two-bedroom flat. The standard of workmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail throughout. Everything was clearly explained, the work was well organised, and the property was kept clean and tidy during the installation. Any issues that arose were dealt with professionally and efficiently. We are extremely pleased with both the new heat pump system and the quality of the new plumbing installation. Reliable, knowledgeable and professional throughout. Darren from Biggs Heat Technologies came out to do a boiler service for me. He picked up things which should have been sorted during initial insulation of the boiler (different plumbers) and rectified everything for me. Honestly, I am so grateful to Darren for his hard work and the peace of mind it has given us. Will definitely be our go to plumbers now. Clear costs upfront so I knew what I was paying for, can't ask for more!
