John and his guys installed a fantastic Mitsubishi heat pump for us back in September. We have now been through the worst of the winter (hopefully) and I can report that it does everything we hoped it would and that we would never want a gas boiler again. We had a couple of other quotes before deciding to appoint John to carry out this installation. It was clear that John has a high level technical understanding of this technology. He spent quite a bit of time carrying out the initial survey and answering our many questions and in the end he was the only installer who gave us the confidence to take the leap and ditch the gas. We would have no hesitation in recommending John to anybody considering getting a heat pump.

John and his team are fantastic! They service my boiler regularly after they fixed it when an error code shut the system down. So I didn't hesitate to contact John when my elderly Mum had several plumbing issues at her flat. They fixed everything and were also very kind and patient with her which both of us at ease. Outstanding Customer Service I contacted John after another plumber had told me that my heating system would have to be drained in order to fix a leak from one of the pipes leading to my boiler. One of John’s employees (Brandon) arrived later the same day and quickly fixed the problem without having to draining the system.
