Very pleased with our heat pump installation - Thermodynamics South Yorkshire were great to work with, and the installation has been done to a very high standard. They worked hard - we asked for the system to have low running costs and they suggested and were happy to replace more pipework than I expected to keep flow rates up and efficiency high. Everything looks nice including the new radiators (the two vertical ones in the bathroom and the kitchen look particularly smart), and where the new pipes to upstairs have been boxed in (replacing the previous smaller pipes in the same corner). Everything is neat in the basement where the hot water cylinder and electronics are, and the new pipes there are nicely insulated. We asked for the heat pump to be in the garden (which is at a lower level than the house) and this wasn't a problem - if you have particular requirements (extra hot water and using off peak tariffs in our case) Thermodynamics South Yorkshire are happy to work with you. Would definitely recommend them.

I decided to invest in the air source heat pump system after they, and the company, were recommended to me. What a great decision. Will and the team from Thermodynamics were excellent, sociable, easy to work with and turned up on time. Furthermore, they cleaned up after themselves, so that when they left, you didn't know they had been. And they certainly knew their product knowledge. I am well pleased with my decision and the company. You won't go far wrong with these guys.

Prior to appointing Thermodynamics we had contacted numerous other companies and struggled to get a valid design and clear pricing that would give us good efficiency for a heat pump installation. We started to lose faith until Will and Farley arrived to complete their heat loss survey. Will is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions and we were confident they could deliver on their proposal. Prior to the work commencing we had contact with Jade, we discussed numerous different options for the finer details but nothing was too much trouble for her. When the work commenced, both Will and Farley were extremely organised, clean and tidy, even protecting the carpets. They ensured we did not have to go without hot water and also supplied heaters which was great for a Jan install. They also installed an aircon unit in our conservatory for hot and cold temps. Post installation Will has been able to tweak our system improving efficiency of the system more than we had hoped from the initial design. It is refreshing to work with such a great company as we couldn't fault anything from start to finish. Thermodynamics are exemplary and set the standard for how heat pump installs should be carried out. Thanks to Will, Jade and Farley for making it such a smooth process for us!

I've just had two air conditioning units installed in my house by the Thermodynamic team. I'm very happy with the whole process from start to finish. Their communication was great, they were very accommodating to my work arrangements and pets being in the house, everything was done on time and in a clean manner. I'm ready for the summer :)
