Damon has worked on my heat pump over the last two years to improve the system after the initial installers did a poor job and follow up work left the system with poor efficiency. The work has improved the system and Damon has kept in touch, always being willing to discuss options and offer suggestions - including considering return on investment, being honest and transparent. Great service, leaving me confident in the work, and the stats, data (via open energy monitor) and comfort in the house all show improvement. 5* - would definitely recommend, Damon's always busy and definitely worth waiting till he can fit work in.

Great company to work with - reliable, good reputation, very professional and try to minimise disruption. Solved the problem of lack of indoor space to place a hot water cylinder by constructing an insulated outbuilding. The conversion couldn't have been easier. Highly recommended.

Damon designed and fitted an air source heat pump system to our house. From the heat loss survey to full installation he was the consummate professional. His work was always of the highest calibre. We were extremely impressed by his attention to detail and his considerate care of our property. His willingness to respond promptly to any questions that we raised was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Damon for all your future heating needs.

Damon completed a heat loss report for us prior to giving us an estimate for installing a heat pump. Although we have decided to go with an alternative installer, we would commend Damon for the report, which was very detailed and enormously helpful.

One year ago Damon installed a new Heat Pump for me and I couldn't be happier. I found him through Heat Geek. I had already done a heat loss survey that he based his system design on. I had new radiators, heat pump, and a water cylinder put in. This replaced my gas boiler and electric shower. Even though Damon was very busy with a bit of a waiting list he showed up on the day scheduled and finished the installation in four days. The work was very neat and he fit the whole system inside even less space than I'd been told to allocate for it. While writing this review I finally sat down and compared my energy usage with the year before. Actually looking at kWh usage (and adjusting for the difference in gas/electricity prices) my annual cost was £20 lower than the year prior my heat pump installation. However it's not a comparable scenario. With my gas boiler in the colder months my house would be chilly most of the time and I'd only put the heating on when it got unbearably cold. This whole year since the heat pump installation it has at least been a comfortable 19-20 degrees. My downstairs, and especially kitchen used to be impossible to heat up. Now it's the warmest room in the house. I can wholeheartedly recommend Damon. And have in fact already recommended him to friends looking for a heat pump installer.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
