I have recently had the pleasure of using the services of 1st Call for my solar panels and battery storage. After debating this for some time I am beyond pleased I chose the right company to go ahead and make this happen for me. The whole experience from start to finish has been effortless, everyone I have been in contact with from the first initial call of interest, to the quotes, the engineers and the follow up calls and emails have been fantastic to deal with and incredibly knowledgeable. Any question or query I have had has been answered throughly, and all aspects of the work carried out has been explained thoroughly, efficiently and with a polite, courteous manner throughout. I cannot recommend 1st Call enough, please give them a call if it’s something you’re considering, I certainly know I’m in good hands with them from now onwards!

We recently had our old boiler replaced. The guys that came to our house were amazing. They came just gone 8am and didn't stop till the job was complete just after 4pm. They explained to my elderly parents what was going to happen and made sure that they had enough water for the time that the water was going to be off. They covered our stairs to help with the footfall of going up and down. These guys were very professional and left no mess. I highly recommend them and so does my elderly parents . If you are thinking of having solar panels installed , these are the guys to call . The customer service is exceptional and the fitters were extremely knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them . All appointments were bang on schedule and dealt with incredibly professionally. 1st Call were recommended to me by a family member who were also highly satisfied with their work, courtesy and competitive price point . Can’t rate this company highly enough. I’m now looking forward to a significant reduction in my energy bills. Thankyou 1st Call !

I have no hesitation in highly recommending 1st Call Gas Services Limited. My 84 year old mum’s boiler had broken down during a recent spell of very cold weather. I contacted 1st Call who immediately understood mum’s vulnerability and acted incredibly quickly firstly in giving a second opinion on the condition of the boiler and secondly in installing a new boiler and flue. It’s reassuring to know that there are local companies who are caring, empathetic and give a first class service. Many thanks to Olivia, Damon, Chris and Luke who were all involved.

Highly recommend 1st Call. It was so nice to go to bed in a lovely warm room, get a good night's sleep, and wake up feeling toasty. It's probably been 18mths since there has been any real heat in the attic radiator. Michael explained everything to me in terms I understood and did a cracking job fixing my boiler.
