I recently had a lovely new boiler fitted complete with the Hive system, the two guys that completed the job from Total Carbon were brilliant! They left no mess and showed me how to use everything in a way I understood! And Hawra, the lady on the phone that arranged everything was fantastic! Big scammers after the boiler replacement my water pressure is gone half and I have asked them to provide me the invoice how much grant was given and how much you have used seen than no reply send WhatsApp, SMS and email no reply. And electrician has not completed his job I have raised complaints but no answer still

How do I know you’re properly qualified and certified to install heat pumps?
We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
