I was recently travelling across England, namely through Bracknell towards the M4, when I arrived at a red set of traffic lights behind a Thermatic Technical Van. I then witnessed the Thermatic Van swerve across 3 lanes to get alongside another car, roll their window down and hurl abuse at that driver, who turned out to be an elderly gentleman, before dangerously cutting across 3 lanes (again) on the roundabout and speeding off. This was disgusting to witness, and showed the upmost unprofessionalism, and I will make sure that myself, my work colleagues, and everyone I know avoids this company, as we would rather not associate with such people. Learn to teach your employees some basic decency and levelheadedness on the roads, and maybe we will consider engaging with this business in future.

Dangerous drivers! Driver of DS25 YLC on the A483 1/12/25 10:25 absolute IDIOT! Too busy on his phone to realise how slow he's going and when a lorry tries to overtake him he speeds up when the truck is at the side of him then proceeds to railroad it for a mile then speeds up and undertakes it! Pay attention to the road! Unbelievable behaviour. Fool!!! Great look for the company!

Thermatic Homes insulated my room in the roof, installed vents in the bathrooms, fitted trickle vents to existing PVC windows and insulated the eaves. I was fully informed of the progress of the project throughout. They arrived on time each day ensuring all carpets and flooring were properly protected before starting work. The job was completed to an exceptionally high standard, within the agreed timescale, and in a very professional manner. Upon completion, all areas were tidied up, and I was provided with all the relevant certificates, warranties and insurance backed guarantees. Thank you. Highly Recommended!

Had thematic homes do my interior wall insinuation a multiple other improvements to my home, including installing vents into the bathroom, and insulation within the loft. They were brilliant an so easy to work with. I wasn’t home for a lot of the time but was able to leave a key with the lads who simply came everyday and got on with it all. (Obviously left them coffee and biscuits out though haha) The whole process was done within a week which was very quick and perfect for me. They cleaned up after themselves an didn’t leave any mess behind. Really recommend these guys in general. Thanks for the great work guy :)

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
