Warning: is this a legit business or fake? We took an Uber here to view a showroom with heat pumps on display, as we’re interested in having one installed. Google maps said the showroom was ‘open’ from 8am to 5pm (Monday). However, when we arrived just after noon, it seemed very closed. We rang the bell a good few times and even tried calling the number a good few times, getting ‘user busy’ every time. I can only conclude that either they’ve gone out of business, or it’s a fake business, or they are incompetent and unable to run a business (tip: if you’re out for the day, tell people rather than displaying yourself as ‘open’ on Google maps). Either way, not someone I’d trust with a major home renovation project.

Vitoenergy were very helpful and efficient until recently. We have tried and tried to contact the office over the last few weeks regarding the BUS scheme but to no avail. Have you gone out of business?

I have given this 1 star as it is not possible to leave a zero star review. This is a warning to all installers, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will take your money & leave you high & dry, they will email you & return all calls until they have had your money from your customers & then not pass it on to you then when you try to contact them they will not return calls & not return emails, I have unfortunately been caught out by them & I do not want to see any other Plumbing & Heating Company go through the same

Utterly dreadful service from Vito Energy. All I want to do is to track how the air source heat pump that they fitted is working. Simple you’d think? I’ve been trying for three months now and have got absolutely nowhere. The first person I was put in touch with left and then I was given the names of Greg Smith and Josh McGrorty and they have completely ignored three emails from me. I then contacted the company via their website with a complaint and once again a person called Charlotte has not been able to help in anyway at all. I just want to monitor how the air source heat pump is running - is that too much to ask?
