This company provided the installation of an Air Source Heat Pump from CH Heat Pumps to provide heating and hot water to my home. The whole installation works went very well taking 3 days for the main works and a further day for to test and commission. The attitude of the team of five led by Abdul was excellent with a can-do approach and get it right first time. Adequate protection was laid to protect the floor finishes and at the end of the installation my house was left in a clean state. It was a pleasure to have such a caring bunch of people working here. Abdul from Marshall Plumbing decided to upsell my Mother a new system whilst I was at work (after agreeing to one prior to me leaving for work). He then claimed to have already ordered the parts when I had returned, nevertheless, I still paid his price and had the new boiler & ‘Tado’ thermostat installed - despite specifically requesting a HIVE system. Abdul advised that Tado would allow us to control each individual radiator effortlessly via an app with only a slight price increase over the HIVE system - and that it also communicated with our new boiler better. Since having both installed, I have had non-stop problems at my property. For the past year now the central heating pump has broken & been replaced by Abdul - broken again. The boiler wasn’t installed correctly (a pipe was left with no end) so the boiler company sent him out to resolve it & we have now spent 2 weeks without any heating in our house. He’s an absolute nightmare, he’s completely scammed us, upsold a system to my Mother after agreeing with me a different one (I consulted Abdul and I was paying for the job), and for the last 16 years, we’ve never ever had Boiler issues or heating issues, up until the boiler eventually gave up and needed replacing. Now it seems like we’re getting these issues every few months! What’s even more shocking is new specialists have been called out and have outright told us the boiler is an unknown brand, and other customers have had similar issues with him trying to upsell parts.

Abdul came exactly on time agreed, introduced himself and covered his out door shoes for the work inside. He explained roughly what he had to do and started to work immediately. Very considerate, efficient and professional. It was a pleasure to meet him and anything he moved to do his work was replaced properly before leaving.
