Cannot recommend Wes, Leah and the team highly enough. They installed a heat pump for us, and removed our old gas boiler. I had surveys and quotes from a few companies and Wes stood out as really knowing his stuff. I had full faith from the outset that they would design the job properly to deliver an affordable heating system. We had a slightly unusual set up, having had a plumbing company do some first fixes a number of years ago, but without leaving us any plans. Despite this, Wes worked out how he could make best use of what we had to minimise the disruption needed to install. Wes and the team really went above and beyond for the installation itself, staying late on a Friday to get the job done and switching over the heating in record time to minimise the impact on the kids. The heat pump has been brilliant. We would not hesitate to recommend West Hampstead Heating and Renewables to others!
