I had a great experience with On Point Plumbing. Before contacting them, I had approached several other plumbers who tried to push me toward alternative water-treatment technologies because the space under my sink was minimal. Jac from On Point Plumbing, however, visited in person, assessed the area, and told me they could carry out the work with some careful modifications to my under-sink cabinet. This was a great result, as my main priority was getting soft water. The piping work to install the new water softener and radiator was done neatly and professionally, and Nick was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. They even took the time to show me some of the tools I’d seen on YouTube (Milwaukee hydraulic press tool and even demonstrated it in action). Jac offered suggestions for future improvements and was honest about when extra work wasn’t needed, explaining when the cost wouldn’t be worth the payoff (super appreciated as a first time home owner). Their time estimate for the job was accurate, the work inside the tight cabinet was pristine, and the final result was beautifully done (see attached picture for the tiny space I have) and I now have soft water throughout my home. We had a boiler breakdown, called On Point plumbing on a recommendation, and they came out very quickly, and a day or two later we had a fabulous new Vaillant boiler with remote control via an app (plus wall control) bringing us into the twenty first century. They were competitive on price (I had another quote) and well presented and tidy. In short, I can't recommend them highly enough. First class.

Oh my word, this plumbing company is the best. Customer service excellent and so reliable. The work is amazing, started and completed on time and at a very competitive price. Will always be using Jac and Nick again for any plumbing needs as they are definitely five star in all aspects, and are both top people too. Thank you both
