Jac of On Point Plumbing has done work for us - replacing a kitchen mixer unit and a toilet flush system and most recently repairing the central heating boiler. The work was done promptly, with the minimum of fuss or mess and at a reasonable price. It also helps that Jac is a very pleasant person! We will certainly be contacting Jac again for any plumbing needs and have no hesitation in recommending him.
This is the third time I had my boiler serviced by Nick. As per the previous several visits (he also installed a magnetic filter a few months ago) he was on time, thorough and friendly. They are very good about sending you reminders...even if I'm not always good at reading them! I would recommend them to any of my friends looking for a good firm.
Honest, professional service — they checked first instead of upselling Our boiler company told us there was a debris problem in the water inside the boiler. Other plumbing companies immediately quoted us for a full flush without checking anything. On Point Plumbing Ltd came out, drained some water and actually inspected it first. The water was completely clean — no debris at all. They only charged us for the inspection and didn’t try to sell us work we didn’t need. Really appreciated the honesty. Would use them again and recommend them.
Great service again. I have used their services to handle a range of issues across the house and they have always been excellent. The latest issue was to fix our boiler. The work was thorough and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend
Nick from On Point Plumbing resolved our blocked sink quickly, was very professional, and also repaired a pipe too. Will be using this company again if I ever need to, great service!
