We recently had a heat pump installed by Alex, Alex, Liam and James. The process was smooth and efficient from the start with good communication throughout. The quality of workmanship is top notch, and the team were great at checking how we wanted details of the install done. They also made sure we had hot water and heating overnight throughout the install, which much appreciated in the middle of winter! Very happy with the performance of the heat pump so far, big improvement over our creaky old gas boiler. Would highly recommend.

It's been a month now since our air source heat pump install was completed by the guys at Your Energy and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I have received. We opted for the Midea heat pump over Vaillant, and it is performing very well COP wise (and looks better). After survey it was a painless process agreeing final adjustments and install was finished in just over 3 days. We were on microbore pipework so switching to a heat pump was a worry but Liam talked us through what would need to be upgraded, mainly just the main framework and every radiator is evenly warm. I have no doubt this is the best air source heat pump install in derby and would recommend them if you're thinking of making the switch.

Really pleased with the service I received from Liam, the 2 Alex's and James. They worked really hard, went above and beyond and cleaned up after themselves. They have achieved a brilliant COP rating (efficiency) on my new heat pump in my large Victorian house which is now cosy and warm. Would definitely recommend. thanks guys! :-)
