Great service, came out last week to fix a leak! Definitely recommended
Disappointed with the service after initial consultation with a member of staff in their show room. Wanted to quotation for an air con install, unfortunately they couldn’t send someone out to conduct an initial survey for another 2 months. Can understand there is a delay on products, but for a quick 30 mins check to secure an order very disappointing.
They installed air conditioning in two rooms in my property which gets extremely hot in this weather. The guys were prompt polite and professional. I cannot fault them. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs air conditioning.
We've had a heat pump installed in our 1950s semi-detached house by Barrie and his team (through the Heat Geek). From the first survey to the final handover, everything went smoothly thanks to the professionalism of the team and the willingness to adapt to our circumstances (the team got the hot water back on day 2 for our little one!). Even though the installation took place over a week, we didn't suffer from any disruption. We are now very happy with our new heat pump, plus our hot and mains pressure shower!
