Claudiu has just fixed my dad's boiler. I was kept up to date with a time, and response to my request for an engineer was really quick. He was very pleasant and took time to resolve the issue, I didn't feel like he was rushing to get to the next job. Excellent service all round, I would highly recommend.

I called Claudiu on Tuesday after my old Ferroli boiler broke down completely. No heating, no hot water, and two kids at home. He told me he was away but could help on Friday. On Friday morning we spoke again and he said he’d come after 8pm. He arrived around 10pm and worked through the night until 4am to get the boiler running. He replaced several parts, including the main pump and the water pressure switch, and the most impressive thing was that he had everything in his van, ready to go. No delays, no excuses, just straight to work. You don’t see many engineers with this level of dedication, especially at that hour. Claudiu saved us from another freezing weekend and I’m genuinely thankful for his effort and professionalism. I highly recommend Claudiu and 360 Heating Engineer Limited. Reliable, skilled, and truly committed.
