Would have been 5 stars but for a "mix up" on their system meant a wasted afternoon initially. The Engineer (Claudiu I believe?)was spot on (as he was last year) so top marks for that. Explained everything, very friendly, very courteous and very apologetic re the mix up. Top bloke
