Lacey Heating installed a whole new system from scratch in our house to replace a 40 year old original warm air system. We needed it completed in a tight timeframe and moved out to allow Tony to get multiple teams in to fit the tank, the rads, the pipework and of course the heat pump. They did it in 5 days from start to finish including showing us how everything worked. The teams were great - not just quick, but thorough, tidy and very polite. The floor inside was protected to prevent any damage. Impressed with the Octopus system and the app - and hot water with pressure, which haven't been able to have before without a very noisy pump, is a life changer. Thanks to all the teams and the office for making this an easy experience. Would definitely recommend and will be using again for bathroom refits very soon. Ed & Rachel in Ware.
I can’t fault them at all, excellent service and friendly workers.
Lacey Heating called me, the other week, to remind me that my annual boiler service was due (I had put it on my list of things to do). An appointment was arranged. Exceptionally professional engineer arrived, when they said he would (Jake). Tided up after himself, checked the pressure on my heating system when asked if it was OK. Conducted very extensive checks on my boiler. This company really is amazing. Local service that does what they say they will. Invoices are emailed rather than someone demanding payment on the spot. Absolutely faultless service.
They have just installed an Air Source Heat pump for us . Absolutely first class service from first contact/survey/quotation and installation. Excellent company, they came out to service my ancient boiler which has never been replaced as it has never gone wrong in 27 years. The two lads that came out were probably not much older than the boiler but they new exactly what to do, clearly their training is very good. They serviced it and did all the necessary safety tests quickly and efficiently and completely cleared up after themselves when done. Couldn't fault them in any way. This was the first time I've used Lacey Heating and will definately be using them again.
