A difficult company to deal with and I still have unresolved issues. They fitted two DMEVs in my bathrooms which an inspector has said are excessively loud and need to be refitted. I can't get them to come and re-fit them. Their manager said he would personally come over and take a look. He cancelled twice at very short notice and has now stopped responding to messages. Very poor customer service and the loud DMEVs are keeping me awake at night. They also didn't complete the loft insulation and had to come back and finish it off when the inspector pulled them up on it.
Shockingly bad customer service. Subcontracted to another company who damaged my property. I cannot get a response from the subcontracted company and Carbon Rewind are also ignoring me. Would very much recommend avoiding this company.
Super professional and on time. I had no idea about solars and this guys they lead me to understand all the process and benefits. Super thank you for help and support
Nice panels, worked to accommodate all 8 even though scaffolding was a bit short on side.
