Yesterday we had Liam from Carbon Rewind to replace our extractor fans. He was very polite and patient and worked so hard on our solid 1930s bricks which are notoriously difficult to drill into. Liam stayed until the job was completed and made sure he tidied up after himself. He explained everything as he went along and taught us how to operate the new switches. He was so professional and pleasant to have in the home, we were really impressed with Liam. Well done Liam!

I can not praise the service I have received from Carbon Rewind enough. They have been excellent from start to finish. The installation by the electrician Liam was excellent he was very respectfull and cleaned up behind himself. The new storage heaters are brilliant I am very happy with them.

Carbon Rewind did an excellent job with the installation of my Solar Together Solar PV System with EV Charger, So no hesitation in awarding 5 Stars. All 4 steps of Scaffolding, Equipment Delivery, Panel Installation and Electrical connection were completed in an efficient, professional manner as scheduled by the excellent, friendly Eleasha in their office working around my availability and providing outstanding customer support. I was especially impressed with Gentian my Electrical Engineer. Having discussed & listened to my requirements, He found solutions for equipment location and wiring in an elegant and neat manner working extremely hard to finish in a day including taking the time to setup and explain the Solis App. Thank You.

Absolutely shocking from start to finish. Failed to turn up for multiple appointments for the install, it was eventually rushed through by one worker who was going on holiday the next day. Result? Multiple broken slates, slates not fastened onto the roof, gaps between slates and multiple leaks. Contacted them and they were'nt interested. Beware Carbon Rewind in Cornwall.
