We are having a full kitchen refit.We was told it will be 10 days from start to finish....we are now on day 17 and nowhere near finished estimate at least another 2 weeks if we're lucky.....
They was supposed to start my bathroom yesterday through being contracted from the housing association I am with. A lady came round said work would be 8am-4:30pm which in my mind would be there starting at 8am. It come to 9:30am yesterday morning no one turned up so I questioned if someone was going to turn up. She said they could turn up at any time and I had to stay in and wait which was never explained to me, I have a child with autism and an asmatic child that Iv made arrangements for to go elsewhere while the works were being done in the day. I had been made out to be a lier and pulled my works because of a cat being in the house u til the afternoon. This company is disgusting. Iv pulled my bathroom apart for them to not even turn up and can go in at “a later date” which is not acceptable at all as I’m now out of pocket for child care. I’m disgusted in the company and seems like a lot other people are to!
Connelly absolutely useless always cancel window fittings last minute with the most ridiculous excuses then further use excuses to finish off snagging jobs what a joke.
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star absolutely appalling service avoid at all costs
Considering you are “committed to getting people home safely” you should probably consider how you represent your company when driving a van with it advertised across! Complete lack of care while driving so how can you be trusted to do anything else with the appropriate care? Will definitely be discouraging friends and family from your company 👍🏼
