We recently had our boiler changed into a combi, and received outstanding service from start to finish. The initial consultation was very informative, with multiple options tailored to our specific needs. Rob, the technician who installed the boiler, was excellent. He completed the work smoothly and respectfully, taking great care of our home. Once finished, he made sure we fully understood how to use and maintain the new boiler. During the period between the consultation and installation, Glow kindly lent us electric heaters free of charge so we wouldn’t be left without heating. Fantastic service all around - highly recommended.

Just had the boiler changed to a combi boiler after 26 years of using the old water tank system and these gentlemen did it professionally and without causing any worries for me. They took the water tank out and put a radiator in and showed us how to use the new Hive system, and were near and tidy while being on time over the three days. Thank you so much Glow!

Dan came round and gave a quote for my new boiler install and the price was better than any other company. This was promptly booked in and they could do this before the cold weather really hit. Rob arrived on the date we arranged and installed my boiler. Very pleasant and explained what would be happening each day as this was a relocation along with new system. He worked efficiently, cleared up after himself along with being very pleasant and helpful. The day after they called to check if any concrrns. Would 100 %recommend this company. Great work and a lovely warm home.
