Great experience all round. Living on an Island, It can be difficult to get things like this done at times. Nothing was a problem for the guys from Acer. I had inquired about getting solar and received a call back from Greg, while on the phone I had mentioned that I was having trouble getting my heat pump serviced. Within a few days Greg had been over to inspect the heat pump and discuss the solar options and Jonathan had serviced the heat pump. The service was very thorough with a detailed report including photos and at a very reasonable price. I soon had an attractive proposal at a very competitive price for the solar and battery system. I didn't hesitate and the system was installed last week. Very professional workmanship with no disruption. The guys went above and beyond in some challenging weather. Highly recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service from Acer Renewable from start to finish. No hard sell. Acer Renewable recently fitted my full solar installation, including battery storage, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Deward, Duncan, Lucas and Greg were outstanding from start to finish. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and clear expertise were evident throughout the entire installation from proposal to finish. We were extremely satisfied with the quote given and the projected output our system would provide us. The team worked efficiently and caused minimal disruption to my home. They were courteous, respectful, and meticulous in everything they did, making sure the system was set up perfectly and that I was fully informed at each stage. The quality of their workmanship and their commitment to delivering a top-class service truly sets Acer Renewable apart. I’m delighted with my new system and highly recommend them to anyone considering solar energy.

The Acer team are fantastic! The install of our air source heat pump was seamless and Jonathan took the time to show us the system and make sure we knew how to work it as efficiently as possible. Everyone was really friendly and supportive - highly recommend.

Jonathan and his team installed my vaillant arotherm 7kw almost two years ago now. The entire process from design to install was so easy with Acer Mechanical services and the staff were very knowledgeable and patient when I asked loads of questions. The System has performed amazingly and supplies all our heating and hot water all year round, and the vaillant WI_FI connect partnered with OVO energy to power your heat pump for just 15p per kWh. Acer mechanical services are my go to company for all my heating requirements and they will give you a full professional install and after care package into the future.
