We had an Air Source Heat Pump installed by Renewable Future Wales at our Grade 2 listed building. Simon carried out a detailed survey of our property and answered all our questions. He gave us confidence in deciding to have the system fitted. All the engineers were friendly, professional and did an excellent job fitting the system. Nothing was too much trouble. Tom kept us updated on the progress of the work, closely monitored the installation and answered all our questions. We are very happy with our ASHP and would wholeheartedly recommend Renewable Future Wales.
We are extremely pleased with the way in which Renewable Energy Wales have installed our solar panels and heat pump system. Everything was explained clearly in a professional, courteous and friendly way. All members of the team were very approachable and always ready to answer any questions we thought of along the way. The work itself was done to a very high standard and everything is working well. We would like to give a big thankyou to all the team.
Renewable Future Wales installed solar panels, battery, home back up, EV charger, and heat pump, at our home. Their initial visit was informative and helpful and they provided us with detailed quotes and specs. The work started on the dates planned and was completed in reasonable time. The team were very good at handling problems that arose. They coped well with a tricky site, small spaces, cramped working conditions.They were friendly, helpful and polite. They agreed to all our requests including special handling for the oil in the tank. Many thanks to Tom, Simon, and their excellent team.
We recently had heat pump solar and battery installed by Renewable future Wales. I found them to be respectful and conscientious throughout from the initial survey down to the installation and commissioning they were excellent. Their work is high quality. Its easy to be sceptical and nervous of so called "tradesmen" these days but Renewable Future Wales are a professional and well meaning business. definitely worth the 5 stars awarded
An excellent job completed by RFW. Our existing, no longer functioning solar thermal system removed. 17 solar panels on east, south and west facing roofs installed. Battery also installed. All done in three days with favourable weather. The initial discussion with Tom was very informative and clearly explained. Documentation received subsequently was thorough and also very clear. All RFW staff on site worked extremely well, efficiently and in good humour! All solar panels were installed without any issues and are working well. Good explanation afterwards on the use of the system and the App that monitors it. Very impressed with the care taken to avoid any damage to property and the cleaning up during and after up after the installation. Also very pleased with the efficiency of contact with Debbie in the office.
