The guy's were all great, they turned up on time, were professional, friendly and very helpful. They made very little mess and cleaned up afterwards. My new boiler is brilliant and they are competitively priced offering me options to choose from. I would certainly recommend the company to anyone thinking of having a new gas boiler. I requested quotes via the Worcester boilers website a couple of weeks ago when our boiler started leaking a couple of weeks ago. Within a couple of hours I got a call from ACL offering to view ASAP and give a quote. Craig managed to come along the same day, gave a reasonable quote and explained what would be involved. The quote arrived quickly, was fully detailed and after comparing with others, we went ahead. The new boiler was ordered and fitted within a week, by very hard working, friendly and polite engineers who left the place as they had found it. Holly's care and attention to us as customers was excellent, and this makes a big difference as a customer. We are absolutely delighted with the entire experience and will be staying with ACL from now on for all our servicing and other plumbing work. Thank you all for exemplary service! Update: ACL installed new radiators for us before Christmas 2024 and did an extremely good job, leaving the house immaculately clean afterwards. Now in May 2025, we had a leaky shower and called ACL to come and replace our sealant. The shower looks like new, huge thanks to everyone, yet again.
