Overall, a great experience with Corvee for my heat pump install. This was a big job, including replacing every radiator in the house, ripping out a cold water tank in the loft, and a slightly awkward placement for the unit (at my request), but they made it as smooth as possible. Luke came out to do our initial survey, take measurements, and prepare the plan. This was booked quickly, and we went from the survey to a quote and plans in no time at all (much quicker than the other companies I was having quote). He worked with me to find a heat pump unit that was right for us, and worked with our restrictions on placement and radiator types. The install was over a week, led by Ethan, and other than the unavoidable disruption of every room needing to be accessed (for radiators), he went out of his way to make sure it went well. This included ensuring we had hot water back as soon as possible, placing the unit where we requested it (even though this presented a few issues), and managing our requests to swap certain radiators for different types or sizes when they didn’t suit the location/room. The price was also extremely reasonable for the level of work, and we used all available grants. Overall, we’re very happy with the end result, the speed and punctuality of everyone involved, and for anyone considering a heat pump install and worried about the scale of the project, I’d recommend reaching out and having them come round. They do a great job of being knowledgeable and putting your mind at ease.
