Always helpful and have done several good jobs for us
We unknowingly purchased a property with a questionable maintenance history and needed a trustworthy company to help us to get the house how we wanted it. RF Blount & Sons have been brilliant over the last four years we've been using them. Not only have they professionally undertaken all the Plumbing and Electrical jobs we have thrown at them but also suggested other improvements which we hadn't considered. We ditched a large company who used to service the central heating boiler in favour of a contract with Blounts, and now feel comfortable in their hands. The professionalism doesn't stop with the engineers who have visited but also the 'back office' staff are also commended for their courtesy, efficiency and patience! We have just been offered a new annual boiler service contract and are signing it without hesitation. Highly recommended!
A very big thank you to Andrew, Arron and Oakley for installing two air conditioning units into my Bedroom and Kitchen / Diner. Their work was nothing but professional, exceptional and clean. Three very nice engineers who went the extra mile with complete attention to detail, they even repaired and serviced my boiler whilst on site and set up our telephone app and alexa for us both. I have put RF Blount to the top of my contact list and will definitely be calling you for future servicing and any other projects I need completing. Thank you again for your service and please pass on our thanks to Andrew, Arron and Oakley. Kind regards James and Jackie
Such helpful guys. Boiler service undertaken very efficiently. Great customer service. Thank you.
