Ecofueled LTD

We live in Reading and have had our boiler replaced with a Mitsubishi heat pump making use of the government voucher of £7.500 which made the heat pump hardly any more expensive than a new boiler. Ecofuled with David, Abi and Harry have been very friendly and professional. Dom installed the cylinder in the attic and heat pump outside together with Harry and their work has been brilliant. We now have extra space in the kitchen since the boiler is gone and a completely free airing cupboard which we can use for storage. We also had 10 radiators replaced because ours were very old. The team tried to fulfil all our wishes and do everything the way we wanted it at no extra cost. There were a few communication issues. So, it is best if you know exactly what you want and know what you need to ask. But all in all we are very happy with the results and if we go for solar panels in the future we will ask Ecofuled to install them.

Great service from the start to installing my air source heat pump. Turned up on time, very tidy and explained how the new system worked. David from Ecofuled was absolutely brilliant. Our heat pump broke down and he dealt with everything under warranty quickly and professionally. While it was being repaired, he kindly provided heaters, which was a huge help. He kept me fully up to date throughout the whole process and clearly explained what was happening. After the repair, he also checked in to make sure everything was working properly. We have had our Midea air source heat pump installed since September. We live in a 1950s semi, therefore it doesn’t have modern installation. The heat pump has dealt with wind rain and very cold weather this winter and has kept the house comfortably warm. The team that did the installation were hard working and extremely polite.

In December 2025 my Wife and I decided we would convert our house to 99% S0LAR POWER. We already have 20 solar panels and we decided to have a Heat Pump installed. I purchased a further 8 Solar Panels to help power the heat pump. We chose EcoFueled of Poole to carry out the work. Our house was warmed by a gas warm air system and hot water was via a gas water heater. This was a very big job as EcoFueled had to remove the old gas warm air unit and water heater system. 6 new radiators and pipe work then had to be installed. Eco Fueled also supplied the Heat Pump, water tank, all necessary pipe work for the pump and electrics for operating the system. The job took 4 days and all staff were very professional in carrying out the work. Nothing was to much trouble for them and the house was left very tidy after each days work. We were very impressed by the standard of work. The paperwork from their office was promptly sent out and all necessary documents sent to us. Everything is working and providing the heat we require this winter 24/7. We fully recommend the company 5 ***** Star.
